The Frisky Whiskey cocktail

Along with a fine Irish Whiskey the other key ingredient for this cocktail is the Bärenjäger. The Bärenjäger (German for bear hunter) gives this cocktail a mystique you wouldn’t get with a more common honey liqueur or simple syrup. Think of this cocktail as the marriage (or wallop?) of two time-tested flavors – Irish Whiskey and a German liqueur. You can only imagine the conversation and possible outburst of singing in between sips of this baby!

Ingredients
• 1 ounce of Jameson Irish whiskey
• 1 ounce Bärenjäger honey liqueur
• 1 ounce of fresh squeezed orange juice
• 1/4 ounce simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Steps

Double-strain it all into a highball glass over fresh ice.

Top with soda for a little effervescence with your Frisky Whiskey.

Add a sprig of mint to give it that wow factor and zing!! A tipple for all seasons and all reasons!
